The quality of our emotions determines the quality of our lives. If we regularly feel happy, grateful, loved, joyful, passionate, commited, our lives are fundamentally different if we felt anxious, worried, frustrated, fearful and depressed.
Emotion inspires. Emotion sells. Emotion connects people on the deepest level.
EQ is more important than IQ. Solving quadratic equations from your head is worthless if you can´t manage your anger and keep yelling at people all the time.
Fear limits performance. Courage inspires to action. Happiness is contagious. Love heals and love destroys.
